  3. Refund Policy and Guarantee
    No Refund Policy: Our course has a fixed price of $547, with no possibility of modification or discounts. Since access to the material is granted immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds. By making your payment, you accept this policy with no right to a refund. Six-Month Guarantee: We offer a six-month guarantee in which, if you do not recover your $547 investment after applying all the strategies taught and following all the fundamentals, we will refund the full amount.     The course is sold without additional products or discounts. However, affiliates or authorized individuals may offer additional mentorships or any other extra service if desired, as a way to enhance and close the sale.

  4. Affiliate Program and Commission
    As an affiliate of Digital Income Academy LLC, you will receive 75% of the value of each sale made through your affiliate link. It is important to note that we can only track and attribute sales made through the unique affiliate link provided to you free of charge upon registration. It is your responsibility to always use this link to ensure your sales are properly counted. Commissions will be paid within 3ā€“7 business days after the sale is completed.

By registering as a DIA affiliate, you agree to this Ethics and Exclusivity Policy, which aims to protect the content, strategies, and vision of our academy, and ensure an authentic experience for new students.

Program Exclusivity:
If you choose to promote or sell other digital marketing academies as an affiliate, you must refrain from using any strategy, content, structure, or knowledge provided within the DIA course to support those external sales. This includes but is not limited to: sales scripts, funnel structures, marketing techniques, and copywriting strategies taught within the academy.

Grace Period:
We understand that some affiliates may be exploring different programs. Therefore, after gaining access to our academy, you will have a one (1) month period to decide whether you want to exclusively promote Digital Income Academy LLC or continue as an affiliate of other digital marketing academies.

After this period, if you choose to continue promoting other similar academies and it is found that you are directly or indirectly using DIA's strategies, materials, or teachings to promote or sell similar educational products, your access to the academy will be permanently revoked, with no right to a refund.

This policy is intended to preserve the value of DIA's exclusive content, protect our students' investment, and ensure a community committed to the purpose and mission of this academy.
